Pixo (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates https://pixo.works (hereinafter referred to as “Service”).
Our Privacy Policy governs your visit to https://pixo.works, and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our Service.
We use your data to provide and improve Service. By using Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.
2. Definitions

3.1 Google API Services Compliance
Pixo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3.2 Account and Integration Data
We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. You can sign up with your Google account, so your Pixo account username will be prefilled with your name and your public profile picture.
You have the option to 'Add Pictures' on the Pixo studio page. This allows you to:
- Upload images to for processing and AI enhancements.
By adding pictures, you retain full ownership and rights over your intellectual property. Pixo does not claim or assume any rights or ownership over the content of the images added.
4. Types of Data Collected
Personal Data
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Data”). This may include, but is not limited to:
- Email address
- First name and last name
- Google account information (via OAuth)
- Cookies and Usage Data
Usage Data
We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access Service by or through a mobile device. This may include:
- IP address, browser type, and version.
- Images you upload for interior design generation.
- AI-generated design images.
- Usage patterns, API request logs, and performance data.
- Device identifiers and diagnostic data.
Tracking Cookies Data
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Service.

- Business Transaction: If we or our subsidiaries are involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale.
- Third Parties: To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business.
9. Third-Party Service Providers
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), provide Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services or assist us in analysing how our Service is used.
These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

- Cloudflare R2: For secure cloud storage of uploaded and generated images.
- Upstash Redis: For caching, rate limiting, and session management.
- GitHub: Used for CI/CD and development automation (provided by GitHub, Inc.).
9.3 Analytics

9.4 Payment Processing
Dodo Payments: We use Dodo Payments for subscription management, payment processing, and billing. We do not store or collect your payment card details directly; that information is provided directly to the third-party processor. (Privacy Policy)
9.5 Communications
Mailgun: Used for sending magic link authentication emails, service notifications, and account-related communications.
10. Security of Data
The security of your data is important to us but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
11. Links to Other Sites
Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.
12. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 18 (“Child” or “Children”).
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from Children under 18. If you become aware that a Child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this policy.
