1. Introduction
Welcome to Pixo. Pixo (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates https://pixo.works (hereinafter referred to as “Service”).
By using Pixo you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these terms and conditions. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
Our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all use of our Service and together with the Privacy Policy constitutes your agreement with us (“agreement”). Unless otherwise defined in this Terms of Service, the terms used herein have the same meanings as in our Privacy Policy.
2. User Accounts and Registration
To use our Service, you must create an account. You can register using Google OAuth or email magic links. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
- All activities that occur under your account;
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use;
- Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date.
3. Service Description and License
The Pixo Service provides AI-powered interior design generation, image upscaling capabilities, cloud storage for generated and uploaded images, workspaces to structure works, and user account management.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Pixo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service. This license enables Pixo to exercise control over software distribution and utilization.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
The Pixo Software License facilitates the use of Pixo software through monthly or yearly payments. It grants users unrestricted access to features as long as payments are continued according to the chosen plan.
- Billing: Subscription payments are processed through Dodo Payments. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- One-Time Purchases: Specific license arrangements may exempt one-time purchase users from recurring subscriptions.
5. Refund Policy
Limited Refund Right. You may request to cancel your Subscription within seven (7) calendar days of your Subscription start date ("Refund Period") and receive a refund of Subscription Fees paid, subject to the exclusions set forth below in this Section ("Limited Refund").
You are not entitled to the Limited Refund if you use the Services to input ten (10) or more User Content requests (e.g., image uploads or AI generations) during the Refund Period or if you seek to invoke this limited refund right more than once during the Refund Period (e.g., if you convert Subscription from monthly plan to yearly plan).
If you do not exercise the Limited Refund during the Refund Period, you acknowledge and agree it is forfeited. The Limited Refund is your sole and exclusive remedy for any and all Service deficiencies during the Refund Period. For the purposes of clarity, after the expiration of the Refund Period, we are not liable to you or required to provide you with any refunds, credits, or other compensation related to your Subscription and all Fees paid are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property
Your Rights: You retain ownership of images you upload to our Service.
Our Rights: Our Service, including its design, code, and functionality, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our Service without permission.
Generated Content: AI-generated designs are provided for your use. Pixo does not claim ownership over the content you generate using our tools, provided you have a valid subscription/license.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload images that violate copyright or intellectual property rights;
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive;
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems;
- Use the Service for commercial purposes without proper authorization;
- Exceed rate limits or abuse our API endpoints;
- Share your account credentials with others.
Pixo is not responsible for what the user does with the user-generated content.
8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Our Service uses AI models to generate interior design suggestions. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may not always be accurate or suitable;
- We do not guarantee the quality or appropriateness of generated designs;
- You are responsible for reviewing and validating generated content before use;
- AI models may occasionally fail or produce unexpected results.
9. Data Handling and Security
We act as both a data controller and processor. Your data is processed and stored as follows:
- User data is stored in Postgres databases.
- Images are stored in Cloudflare R2 storage.
- Rate limiting data is stored in Redis.
We implement security measures to protect your data, but remember that no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
No Warranties: Pixo does not give any warranty, guarantee or other term as to the quality, fitness for purpose or otherwise of the software. It is not warranted that Pixo will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error free.
Limitation of Liability: Pixo shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, for any loss of profit or any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims which arise out of or in connection with the provision of any goods or services by Pixo.
Notwithstanding contrary clauses in this Agreement, in the event that Pixo is deemed liable to you for breach of this Agreement, you agree that Pixo's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for your services or software. You hereby release Pixo from any and all obligations, liabilities and claims in excess of this limitation.
11. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation;
- Immediate processing of all requests;
- Availability of all features at all times.
We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or updates. Pixo shall not be liable for any delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.
12. Termination and Changes to Terms
Termination: You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the Website. Upon termination, we will delete your account and all associated data within a reasonable time frame.
Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. General Terms and Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Pixo as a result of your use of these services. You agree not to hold yourself out as a representative, agent, or employee of Pixo.
